You can find the package for inspection on my site: <http://rhonda.deb.at/debian/pgadmin3/> - it is exactly what I would plan to upload (minus the obvious change in the .changes file so noone else grabs it blindly and uploads it without my agreement). See the changelog in the .changes file, pgadmin3_1.4.3-2.1_1.8.2-0.1.diff.bz2 is the interdiff -p1 -z between the former 1.4.3-2.1 NMU that Peter did a year ago (source also in there for convenience reasons) and my proposed NMU. If I don't hear anything back until next week I plan to "fix" the changes file and upload it as is. Please notice again that this upload will go into experimental and does require packages from experimental to install/build.
