A word generated out of a translated entity has different
formatting than one generated from the default "translation"
in common.ent.
Example:
When I have no line for the entity &escapekey; in my
de.ent (l10n entites) file, the output is
"Esc" written in bold font
When I _have_ a line for this entity, let's say
<!ENTITY escapekey "<guibutton>Esc-Taste</guibutton>">
in my de.ent, the output is
"Esc-Taste" _but_written_in_standard_font, _not_bold_
