Ok, it's not only a problem with licq. It seems to be a problem with (all?) programs using qt! I've testet qtparted and k3b which do not show any dialog window too. The dialog windows of these programs are opened but they are invisible too and there is no way to set them visible. Running these programs with gnome is working so it has to be a bug in windowmaker!
