I have not seen this problem with other X11 applications, and I've tried to both move .miro and run it as a completely different user without success. I will try to use a failsafe session and/or kill as much stuff to see if I can make the problem go away. Also, I noticed this when running miro from the command line: LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.15/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so [/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.15/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so: undefined symbol: _ZTVN10__cxxabiv121__vmi_class_type_infoE] LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared library /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.15/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so [/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun-1.5.0.15/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so: undefined symbol: _ZTVN10__cxxabiv121__vmi_class_type_infoE] I don't know if this is relevant or not.
