Hello,
many haskell packages recently failed to build on powerpc. In the build
log, you can often see this (or something similar):
/usr/bin/ghc6 -O -Wall -Werror -package Cabal update-haskell-control.lhs
-o update-haskell-control
ghc-6.8.2: timer_create: Invalid argument
