For me, "report any bug normally using reportbug" goes here: * Run "reportbug packagename", or "reportbug filename", or just "reportbug". * Let it retrieve the version information and bug list, and get past the various things checking if you really want to file a bug report. * Provide the usual bug report information: severity, subject, tags, and CCs. The specific values don't matter. * Let reportbug spawn an editor; I've reproduced the problem with both emacs and vim. * Write up the bug report, save, and quit the editor. * Tell reportbug to go ahead and file the bug. > - reportbug exits successfully > - look in /tmp to see ... (fill in exactly what is seen here) ... Right now, I have: $ ls /tmp/reportbug-* /tmp/reportbug-auctex-20080430-5568-TqN2yB /tmp/reportbug-dosbox-20080509-5872-jmvs3s /tmp/reportbug-gitweb-20080504-29305-oM85mw /tmp/reportbug-latex-beamer-20080429-10431-PBLlin /tmp/reportbug-qemubuilder-20080503-8311-VRhXP- - Josh Triplett
