If you have a GMail account, open it through webmail and go to the Agenda. Now you go to the settings of one of your calendars (create one if you haven't yet), and at the bottom of the page you'll notice "XML", "ICAL" and "HTML" twice. Hover over the second "XML" instance and copy the location of that link. When "Provider for Google Calender" is installed, you'll have to possibility to add this long XML link to a network calendar. I have installed iceowl and opened it under the same username. Strangely enough it works! And the error console remains empty. So it seems to be only applicable to iceowl-extension anymore, if we're talking about the same bug from the original poster anyway.
