Updated translations are on the Psi website: http://psi-im.org/download/
They just need to be packaged.
In lenny we have Psi 0.11 while psi-translations are still from 0.10.
Besides, I don't think there is a need for a separate psi-translations
package. It's obvious that those who want Psi, want the translations too.
