We'd need the following things before making a psuedopackage:

1. Set of bugs which have been usertagged and are currently assigned
against general (or some other package) which will be assigned to the
new pseudopackage.

2. Who to set the maintainer to (already given)

3. Explanatory blurb for inclusion in

This should almost certainly be crossbuildling or crosscompiling, not
crosbuilt; but in any event, please file a separate bug which follows
the instructions in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=337733#10

File them against general (or some other psuedopackage) until the
psuedopackage is created; that's what they're for.
