I'm not rlb and my home directory isn't /home/rlb. This path doesn't
show up in any of the emacs startup scripts (~/.emacs, /etc/emacs*/*,
where else should I look?)

I noticed this when my automounter started misbehaving and emacs hung while
starting up. Emacs probably shouldn't be accessing this directory
without being told to. If I created a /home/rlb and filled it with all
kinds of interesting elisp, would that be a bit of a security
problem?
