kinda -- the call helped, but I am not sure what is the logic behind,
thus I am not sure where it was missing
if I could, it would be worth looking at
SmartScheduleTime
which is incremented in that SmartScheduleTimer. May be after it reaches
some threshold it should call bloody SmartScheduleStopTimer regardless
of the flag SmartScheduleIdle ? but that is just a wild guess since I
don't know the logic there
