Hm, would this be the right time to suggest that dh-make-perl templates
move to DH7's minimalistic debian/rules?

That way fixing such bugs would take DH fix+binNMUs, rather than
dh-make-perl fix and a whole lot of sourceful uploads that need manual
intervention.


I am very much in favour of that, but if you see any obstacles, please
speak up (or remain silent forever:).
