Package: git-buildpackage
Version: 0.4.23
Severity: normal

Hello,

I think the example below is quite explicative:

=====
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/test/cl-gd$ git-buildpackage --git-tag
--git-builder=gismo-pdebuild.sh
dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: build-essential libgd2-xpm-dev
debuild: fatal error at line 1283:
You do not appear to have all build dependencies properly met.
If you have the pbuilder package installed, you can run
/usr/lib/pbuilder/pbuilder-satisfydepends as root to install the
required packages, or you can do it manually using dpkg or apt using
the error messages just above this message.
debuild clean returned 9
Couldn't run 'debuild clean'
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/test/cl-gd$
=====

gismo-pdebuild.sh a wrapper around pdebuild, thus the build dependencies
don't need to be satisfied on my real sid.

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
