Package: cl-asdf Version: 1.86-4 Severity: normal The patch Peter Van Eynde applied on asdf.lisp in his latest release of the asdf package rendered the mcclim package unusable. (cf. cl-asdf_1.86-4.diff.gz on asdf qa page.) There are two files named "package" in then scigraph defsystem. And the recently applied patch causes an error to be raised in that case. So mcclim is let partially loaded (only scigraph and the :mcclim package def is missing).
The faulty file names are at lines 318, 328 in the mcclim.asd file. The ennoying patch is at line 23 of the diff file and is inserted at line 938 in the asdf.lisp file (from the cl-asdf package); I quickly discuss the matter Milan Zamazal, the question is, is it really necessary for file names to be unique ? I can't find documents about what may (or may not) contain a defsystem. If it is absolutely necessary, it will induce some change on the mcclim package (and others ?), otherwise you should just remove the part of your patch I previously mention.
