Package: libapache-gallery-perl

Hi,
This package has a spurious dependency on libcgi-Perl, even
though it uses no file from that package. People wanting to use
libapache-gallery-perl should not have to install libcgi-perl,
Normally, this bug would be minor, but this level of
unfamiliarioty with ones package bodes ill. Perhaps the other
dependencies should also be checked to see if they are not spurious?
(hint: libcgi-perl does not contain CGI.pm, nor does it contain
Cookies.pm).
