This was on my list to fix and I have the Palms to reproduce it (the
Wife won't be happy though).  I actually knew about this bug 2 years ago
when I was writing the Contacts code and that's why I didn't put a
ContactsDB-Padd.pdb file into the empty directory yet.

In jp-contact.c there is this concept of application info versions.  The
T/E has an app-info block size of 1092 and has 49 labels.  Every other
Palm I have had access to, or had a database sent to me has an app-info
block size of 1156 and 53 labels.  The difference is 64 bytes and 4
16-byte labels which are: Picture, Camera, Photos, Remove.  Even my T5
without a camera has these.

I see some glaring problems in sync.c.  Let me see if I can fix this thing.
