Such files are still present :
ftp://ftp.3logic.net/debian/dists/unstable/

Make sure you have performed both operation : updating anonftpsync, and
deleting old arch specific files.

I can't find much information about this IX, is it available for most
people in Ukraine ? Maybe it's worth mentionning common ISP that peer on
this IX ?
