Hi Martin, Thanks for your recent submissions, and especially for tracking down my braino on the new folder creation. This particular feature is oft-requested but I haven't had the time to work on it, as I expect it would mean a fairly invasive change to the core of OfflineIMAP. A patch would be gladly accepted.
