Can you also try it like this:

strace -eopen onsgmls -gues /usr/share/xml/declaration/xml.dcl vim-policy.xml

I'd like to see which catalog it is trying to open at the time of the
segfault. I attempted to log on to try this myself, but I could not log on to
agnesi; I kept getting the Password: prompt. Does my account need to be
enabled or something?

Furthermore, could you try this with the prior version of the opensp package,
1.5.2-4? Even if I could log on, I doubt I'd have permission to install a
package.
