Qt 4.4.0 will be released tomorrow and we upload KDE 4 packages every weeks to 
experimental. We received some request for Qt/KDE packages ported to 
Qt4/KDE4. Early users of KDE 4 try to reduce Qt3 applications used. They want  
to have a full Qt4 based desktop (this is my case too).

This is pure Qt4 atm.

An upload to experimental is enough and it will make upstream happy:
