Package: devscripts
Version: 2.10.26
Severity: wishlist

I'd like an option for dch to read changelogs from a file, e.g.

  dch -F /tmp/change.txt

This should preserve newlines, which dch "`cat /tmp/change.txt`" doesn't do.
