maybe this bug should be morged with #402177?
However, with 2.22.1.1-1 the current behaviour is like this:
- Start the application: Homepage is loaded, URL bar remains empty.
- Open new window (Ctrl-N): Homepage is loaded, URL bar contains
homepage URL.
- Open new tab (Ctrl-T): Homepage is loaded, URL bar contains homepage
URL.
The behaviour should be both consistent and changeable to what the
user desires. Please reactive the patch from #402177.
