It be nice if dh-make-perl would look at currently installed packages
when making the control file "Depends:", as well as what apt-file
reports. I think that'd help establish depends on privately installed
packages, like other dh-make-perl packages. I believe apt-file doesn't
report about those. I get some joy from simply adding dpkg into
@search = `apt-file search $module.pm; dpkg -S $module.pm`;
but I guess the logic would be better chopped around so dpkg is tried
even if apt-file isn't installed.
