Yes and No. I don't want to have to maintain 2 xulrunners in the stable release. So there will only be 1.9 (well, 1.8 will stay with iceape and icedove, but not in a xulrunner form). But the older packages will still be installable in parallel. You already can install xulrunner from unstable and experimental at the same time, thought they come from the same source package name.
