Hi Andrew, Hi Ana,

#476023 was filled against tct on the 14.04., I submitted a patch on
the 17th, now the bug is more than 2 weeks old, so I think an NMU is
okay now. I prepared it and the debdiff is attached.

It basically does three things:
1. apply my previous patch to use "$(CFLAGS)" instead of $(CFLAGS)
2. remove the useless tct.{postinst,prerm} and timeout.{postinst,prerm}
3. add an entry to debian/changelog

Ana, as I'm not a DD, could you upload it for me, if Andrew does not
react 'soon' (or upload now to DELAYED/7? or just upload now - how you
like it ;) )

Andrew, please give a small notive, if you want to handle this on your
own.

Regards
Evgeni

PS: lintian still gives 4 warnings, should I fix these too?
