The link is in the wrong packages. It belongs in ia32-libs-gtks. But
if you install ia32-libs-gtk as well it will work. I think GoogleEarth
must be missing a Build-Depends on ia32-libs-gtk.
The next upload will move the link and fix the other two dangling ones.
