I would just like to add that this situation is made more confusing by the fact that you search the forums and bug reports there are a lot of people who confuse second edition and first edition.
Second Edition does not, and apparently never has, worked with virtualbox. It works with qemu if you really need it. -- And that's my crabbing done for the day.
