They don't apply cleanly.  Apart from the API changes, there is one
extra column added to the state table during the first two changesets,
so applying the second changeset fails.  Backporting is hairy business
there, so I think we should best wait for TL2008.

So let's go with the other option: not to include Sinhala for TL2007 in Lenny.
