http://www.debian.org/social_contract requires complete source
code. tth_C.tgz version 3.80 is missing the lex source code for some
incomprehensible tables in tth.c. tth.c is compilable but only the
upstream author Ian Hutchinson can correct errors or add features.

I have emailed the upstream author requesting the lex source code and
for now he is not going to make the lex source code freely available.
Without complete source code package tth remains non-free.
