I guess recommends should be ok. Though suggests *may* be better.
Consider that all the javascript stuff will either be used by,

  1. developer frameworks like rails - these have their own dependency
on web servers or even provide their own, and
  2. developers that know what they want anyway.

But regardless, I'll work this into next revision. That should happen
soon as current package needs some work.
