The server is set to be in Europe/Lisbon timezone. 

If squirrelmail is set to use the server timezone it displays the hour of
last folder update with +1 hour!

If I change "My information" so that my timezone is "Europe/Lisbon" (equal
to the server) it displays the correct hour
