I just re-read the whole bug report and find it hard to find any proof
of your accusation.

so can we stop now talking about insults -- imagined or real -- and talk
about the problem at hand?
the dependencies introduced in the built package are unecessary and
prevent installation on any system not using prebuild kernel-???-packages.
the build system works w/o those packages , the package itself works w/o
those packages.
in short: there is no need for the dependencies, they could be a mere
recommendation if they have to exist at all (just taht the build finishes
successfully should be enough to ensure that everything neceassry is
available).
so, what justification have those dependencies?
