I don't know if it helps but I've been able to build and install nvidia non-free drivers successfully using the same procedure (m-a a-i), at least I think I didn't do anything differently. Can this be related to the fact that nvidia-kernel-source isn't in lenny so when I aptitude install nvidia-kernel-source the xserver-xorg was updated? cheers, -- Gunther Furtado [EMAIL PROTECTED]
