I saw it. I think I caught all occurrences (one more in a patch) in my
last upload.

I needed to upload a new version to fix "hg version" that did not work
with the previous upload (it returns "unknown" instead of "1.0").
So I close this bug at the same time.
When I first answer to this bug, I did not know that a new upload would
be needed quickly. Someone else report me the "hg version" bug (without
a debian bug report).
But I've no problem to reopen this bug and to discuss it if needed...
