It runs 'fc-cache' after adding/removing any fonts.  fc-cache updates the
fontconfig cache, and I believe these errors are harmless but alarming to
people who don't understand whats going on.

Keithp, is there some extra flag fontconfig.defoma should be using to avoid
updating the $HOME/.fontconfig/ index?
