Here [http://paste.debian.net/paste.pl?show_template=clients] is a python script to paste to paste.debian.net: I think it fits debian-goodies quite well, maybe renamed as 'debpaste'. The author has been asked if he's ok with the inclusion and he gave the go ahead.
