Thanks for reporting this. Actually we have worked on brdesktop packages
descriptions. For brdesktop-artwork-usplash we've written this one:

Description: Graphical boot for the Brazilian Custom Debian Distribution
 This package installs the Usplash startup screen for BrDesktop.
 .
 BrDesktop is a Custom Debian Distribution made for Brazilian desktop
 users.
