I'm still having problems at the moment - in my test cases, when I've
been upgrading from 0.1.7-3 to 0.9.11-1 (or 0.9.11-1sarge0) the
/usr/bin/bsetbg seems to get left behind.

1. install fluxbox 0.1.7-3, blackbox 0.62.1-1

# ls /usr/bin/bsetbg*
/usr/bin/bsetbg  /usr/bin/bsetbg.blackbox

# dpkg -L fluxbox | grep usr/bin/bsetbg
/usr/bin/bsetbg
package diverts others to: /usr/bin/bsetbg.blackbox

2. upgrade fluxbox to 0.9.11-1 (or 0.9.11-1sarge0)

# ls /usr/bin/bsetbg*
/usr/bin/bsetbg  /usr/bin/bsetbg.blackbox

# dpkg -L fluxbox | grep usr/bin/bsetbg
#
