Package: fltk1.1 Severity: normal fltk1.1 uses the field 'XBCS-URL' in its control file, which causes all packages' DEBIAN/control files to have a 'url' field in them. This is not mandated by Debian Policy.
While this is not strictly a bug, it is non-standard, and so would be best if not removed.
