Thanks for your report, but it's not 3.3.2 but 3.4.0:

reprepro is always doing that when segfaulting or otherwise aborting.
When being in an insane state the last Packages file might be outdated,
but they will at least continue to work. (unless someone does
deleteunreferenced before the next export).
Fixed in CVS, 3.4.1 will be coming soon.
