Hi Christopher,
I would like to include your patch but I think it is not enough robust
in finding if hylafax is run via any internet super daemon.

If inetd is used, I would change your check adding a ^ in front of
hylafax, but if xinetd is used I should also check for the "disable"
field.

Otherwise I think I will add a new option in /etc/default/hylafax for
not running hafaxd, as it is currently done for faxgetty.

I hope to create a better patch in a few days.
