As reported earlier (bug #274173), the directory /usr/lib/python2.3/doc/html is missing. To create python documentation using mkhowto --html, the Doc/html directory from the should be cleaned up and included. As it is, e.g., documentation using Python's manual.cls cannot be build. You can of course override mkhowto with --style and --about, but then you need to have the Python source installed somewhere else. To reproduce the problem simply try building any documentation using manual.cls with /usr/lib/python2.3/doc/mkhowto --html without additional arguments... (the error messages from mkhowto are not very helpful at pinning down the cause of the problem).
