Now that #459333 has been fixed (supports RM request acronyms, partial
removals, Cc:ing debian-release for relevant suites etc.), it may be
useful to add the fact that one can use reportbug to file removal
requests. The "About removals in Debian: (click to toggle)" section at
http://ftp-master.debian.org/removals.html is the right place to add
this.
