I've sent a trivial patch upstream for review. Meanwhile, the fix for
#455146 means that in practice, the string header will always be included
indirectly (and I've verified that it does build OK in sid), so I don't think
we should consider this to be RC.
(The theoretically-correct patch is to #include <string.h> at the top of
ext/ice/jingle_c.cpp)
