This is a bug in the default /etc/conky/conky.conf file. Thanks for
pointing it out.

These are normal messages giving minimal information about the window
created by conky. It is too harsh to call this "spam" :-) I will ask
upstream if there is a way to make conky quieter at startup.

I could not replicate this except as outlined in Bug#473993.

Could you please check that your bug is different from Bug#473993?
