First, you quoting looks odd. It should probably be wine iexplore
"http://debian.org";, if anything. You should definitely not quote
iexplore and its arguments together.
Second, you really should upgrade Wine. Lots of stuff have changed since
0.9.44, and it usually doesn't help anyone to submit bug reports about
old versions without testing something newer.
Third, since you're another amd64 user, you could always see if
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=430845 applies to you.
And finally, it works for me (with 0.9.58)...
