I'll endorse this request; I was contemplating either an RFA/ITO or
removal request myself.
I don't believe teapop is likely to be particularly useful to many
people any more, it seems that it may no longer be actively developed,
and I don't like the idea of Debian harbouring large quantities of
obsolete cruft.
