Hi Adam, although I haven't much time at the moment and help would be appreciated, the main reason for pgAdmin III not to be in Sid is that it depends on libwxgtk2.8-0 which is only available from experimental.
The up to date source packages are available from pkg-postgresql on alioth [1]. The package build is ok however work remains concerning cleaning (final executable linkage is not really clean upstream).
