Your error, chan_unicall is no default for building CallWeaver 1.2 RC5+SVN:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/local/src/callweaver$ ./configure --help |grep unicall
--with-chan_unicall Build and install chan_unicall (default=no).
builds and runs ok with configure defaults with spandsp 0.0.4pre18.
so no reason to block the package.
2.
dependencies of non-existent or locally created packages are no reason
to block a package, too. spandsp is not CallWeaver.
