this means that the poller couldn't finish before the next one started.
how many devices/attributes is this server polling? if it's a lot and/or
it's just overloaded, try backing off the polling interval, or changing
the number of simultaneous polling processes.
if it's taking a long time because the snmp queries no longer seem to be
working, try taking a packet dump and ensure that the queries are
getting responses and not timing out.
also, if your hosts/devices only accept snmpv2, try also allowing snmpv1
and see if that magically fixes the problem (istr having this problem in
an earlier version of cacti).
